How it Works

  • You do not have to be present at time of pickup or delivery
  • Total accountability and communication….
    • The night before we are in your area, we will text you to ask if we need to stop by.
    • You can make a pickup request anytime through our website and mobile app.
    • We can send you an itemized delivery notification when your items are delivered.
  • Every truck is monitored in real time via GPS

The Setup

  • Simply call our route concierge at 334-481-1911 and they will get you setup with our free pickup and delivery service.
  • We will get all your personal cleaning preferences to ensure we deliver exactly what you expect.
  • We will bring a delivery kit to you which includes 2 personalized bags and a hook for your front door
  • (Ask about our Save-A-Wash bags, too)

Leave your items at the front door

  • Place your bag of dirty clothes at the front door and we will pick them up on your scheduled day.
  • If your front door is not a convenient location, we will be happy to use the spot of your choosing.
  • We will be in your neighborhood either every Monday & Thursday or every Tuesday & Friday
  • If you forget to put your bag out, just drop it by any of our River Region locations and we will deliver it back to you on your next scheduled day.

We will deliver your clean items back to you. It’s that easy!
